Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our no-refund policy and how cancellations work for Scuba Exams subscriptions.

1. All payments are final

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Because you get immediate, unlimited access to our practice exams the moment you enroll, we do not offer refunds for any billing period — including the current month, past months, or partially used months.

2. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Membership & billing. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current paid month. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Canceling does not refund the current billing period.

3. Recurring charges

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. We do not provide refunds for charges you forgot to cancel.
